Howard Kennedy’s Charlotte Gould shortlisted for ‘Young Property Lawyer of the Year’

Howard Kennedy Real Estate lawyer Charlotte Gould has been shortlisted for the prestigious Young Property Lawyer of the Year award at the annual Young Norwood Property Awards Dinner.

Norwood is a charity that supports young and vulnerable children and their families across the UK, with its annual Young Norwood Property Awards Dinner celebrating the very best rising talent in the UK real estate community.

The award, open to anyone under the age of 35 working in the UK real estate world, will be given on 25 February at a ceremony in central London in front of some 600 property professionals.

Charlotte, a Senior Associate in the Real Estate Development team in Howard Kennedy’s 100-strong Real Estate practice, has been nominated by Rosemax Investments, a property investment, development and trading company and a client of the firm.

Simon Passer, Managing Director at Rosemax Investments, said:

Simon Passer, Managing Director at Rosemax Investments
Charlotte acts for some of London’s most active developers and traders, including Galliard Homes and Ballymore. She has become the ‘go-to’ person for the main principals for these large development companies. She has proved that she can mix with the biggest players in the market and hold her own.

Combining this fierce reputation with her accelerated career path toward partnership, we believe Charlotte to be a worthy nominee for this award.
