Howard Kennedy strengthens Residential Real Estate team with partner and team head

Law firm Howard Kennedy has strengthened its Residential Real Estate team with the appointment of Pervaze Ahmed. He joined the firm on 1 February as Partner and Head of Residential Property.

He brings to the firm a strong track record in all aspects of prime and super-prime residential property, acting for high net worth individuals, families, companies, trust companies, trustees, investment and trading companies and banks. He has a strong client base both in the UK, the Middle East and South East Asia.

Pervaze has in the past 24 months bought and sold houses and flats for clients exceeding £100m, including the purchase of a house in Eaton Square for in excess of £25m - this Belgravia townhouse is where Conservative ministers plotted to replace Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain with Winston Churchill during the Second World War.

Pervaze was previously a partner at Charles Russell and Blake Morgan in London.
