We are looking for businesses that stand head and shoulders above their peers that can show how employees are engaged in the business goals and values, and how their people practices have driven sustainable commercial and competitive success.  These finalists have achieved that, and our congratulations go to them all.  We look forward to meeting them all before the eventual winner is decided.
Executive Director, Irena Molloy
We are absolutely delighted to be shortlisted for the prestigious Howard Kennedy Employer of the Year award. At Thomas International, our people are at the core of everything we do, where we constantly strive to encourage a culture of empowerment, engagement and innovation. The finalists were chosen from the hundreds of businesses that entered or were nominated across 18 award categories. They will now prepare for live presentations to an expert judging panel who will decide the overall winners.

Continuing the celebration of Best of British Ambition, this year’s prestigious award ceremony will take place on Tuesday 14 November 2017, at the Grosvenor House, Park Lane, where the winners will be revealed.

Conor McGinn MP recently hosted a reception for the Lloyds Bank National Business Awards at the House of Lords. This enabled finalists to meet fellow entrants, the National Business Awards Advisory Board members, judges (who they will present to in September) and sponsors of each category.

Tom Broughton, Group Brand Director of the Lloyds Bank National Business Awards said:

The shortlisted businesses for this category have all demonstrated the ability to entice and keep a hold of their employees successfully and to the benefit of the company, something that is essential to the success of a business.
