Right to rent checks: advice for landlords and estate agents

From 1 February 2016, all private landlords will be required to conduct a ‘right to rent’ check on all adult tenants (regardless of whether they are named on the tenancy agreement or not). This new legislative measure is focused on private residential tenancy agreements but can also include licences.
