Howard Kennedy’s Business Crime team appoints Morgan Lewis partner
Law firm Howard Kennedy has today (Monday 3 April 2017) announced the appointment of Kevin Robinson. He joins Howard Kennedy as a consultant from Morgan Lewis where he was a Partner.
Kevin brings to Howard Kennedy a long and impressive career advising clients in investigations from front line regulators. He has advised on some of the highest profile Serious Fraud Office investigations of the last 15 years, together with extensive experience in advising on corruption investigations in Europe, Asia, Africa, the West Indies, and South America.
Prior to Morgan Lewis, Kevin was for many years a partner and head of its Regulatory and Criminal Investigations Group at Irwin Mitchell, a practice he created.
He has worked on many high profile cases during his career covering white collar, anti-trust and financial services, including the Iraqi weapons prosecutions, corruption investigations into BAE, the BA/Virgin Atlantic price fixing prosecution, and the FCA investigation into Homeserve.

- Representing numerous individuals investigated as part of Operation Elveden.
